Scheduling and Office Hours
We put our patients first. When you arrive at your appointment with your paperwork completed, we will escort you immediately to your room. NO WAITING. We want this to be a great experience at every appointment and truly different from any other dental office. We are never behind in our schedule, because we schedule for each patient individually.
Our Office Hours
Monday through Thursday, (Friday by appt)
7:00am to 5:00pm
We aim to be on time for every appointment. You can help us by being on time for your appointment. If you must reschedule for any reason, 48 hours notice is required for all appointments. If you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please call ahead and reschedule.
At Carolina Forest Cosmetic Dentistry, we NEVER double book appointments so if the patient doesn’t come we have to wait an hour for the next patient to arrive. Our team is completely dedicated to that guest for their reserved time.
Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you are unable to keep an appointment please notify us immediately. We appreciate at least a 48-hour notice so that another patient can take advantage of the opening. Cancellations without 48 hour notice will incur an additional charge so that we can continue offer the personal service each guest deserves.
